Sipit.art offers posters and artwork designed exclusively by Sipit.art and made available for purchase through the Website.
2.2 Production and Fulfillment
Products are produced and shipped by carefully selected third-party fulfillment and logistics partners.
2.3 Product Representation
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary between digital screens and printed products due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, materials, and printing processes.
Minor variations in color, positioning, or print output do not constitute defects.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
3.1 Order Placement
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
3.2 Acceptance of Orders
A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from Sipit.art.
3.3 Order Rejection
Sipit.art reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Pricing errors
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraud
- Product availability issues
- Violation of these Terms
If payment has already been collected, the amount paid will be refunded.

Sipit.art is not responsible for currency conversion fees, bank charges, payment provider fees, or other costs imposed by third parties.
5. Shipping and Delivery

A CPF or CNPJ number may be required for customs clearance.
China, Japan, and South Korea
Shipping addresses should be entered in the local language where required by local carriers.

If an order is lost in transit, customers must notify Sipit.art within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
After verification, Sipit.art may provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at its discretion.
5.6 Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect the package
the original order is not eligible for a refund.
A replacement order may be arranged at the customer’s expense, subject to availability.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 Print-on-Demand Products
All products are made to order specifically for each customer.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6.2 Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.
As all products are produced on demand, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after production has started, except where required by applicable law.
6.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
If the claim is validated, Sipit.art may:
- Send a replacement product; or
- Issue a refund where a replacement is not feasible
6.4 Non-Defective Variations
The following are not considered defects:
- Minor color differences
- Variations caused by screen calibration
- Small production tolerances
- Slight differences between print batches
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All artwork, designs, images, logos, text, and content available on the Website remain the exclusive property of Sipit.art unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Restrictions
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission from Sipit.art.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
Consumers residing within the European Union may also seek assistance from applicable consumer protection authorities or alternative dispute resolution bodies available in their country of residence.
9. Promotions and Discounts
Sipit.art may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or special offers from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Promotions are not redeemable for cash
- Promotions are non-transferable
Sipit.art reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.
Orders involving fraud, abuse, or misuse of promotional offers may be cancelled.
